How long it takes to process an order?

Generally, we can process the orders within 1 – 2 working days.

After that we will arrange the shipment for you immediately.

How Can I Track My Order?

Shipping confirmation will be sent when your order is fulfilled and shipped to the destination. Please feel free to contact us if you don’t receive any notification in 7 days. This email will contain a tracking number.

How long will it take to deliver?

The average arrival time is 10-15 working days.

An order can, however, take anywhere between 7-29 working days, but is mainly dependent on your location.
Please allow an extra 10 days during the busy Christmas period. We appreciate your patience.

What if my order takes longer than 30 working days?

If your order takes longer than 30 days to arrive during the non-peak season, please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.

How do I apply for a return?

Click the profile icon in the store’s navigation, or go to the refund policy and click here: Return Requests and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
Or you can send us an email directly to [email protected] to notify us that you’d like a refund and then we will handle it within 2 working days. More details please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

How can i modify/cancel the order?

Generally, after placing an order, the system will automatically recognize and process the order.

If you need to change/cancel the order, please contact the official service email [email protected] as soon as possible.

Smartwatch cannot connect with the APP

1/ Be sure to follow the steps in the manual to connect;

2/ Clear all paired Bluetooth devices on the phone, restart the phone and watch to reconnect according to the instructions;

3/ Restore the watch to factory settings, uninstall and reinstall the APP;

4/ Try to use other mobile phones to connect to the watch.

Smartwatch message does not sync with the APP

1/ Please confirm whether the notification of the app is turned on;

2/ Please confirm whether the notification of the APP is allowed in the notification bar;

3/ It is recommended to reconnect according to the manual. During the connection process, you need to allow the notifications of the APP;

4/ Please confirm whether the Do Not Disturb mode is turned on on the watch or APP so the message is blocked.

Bluetooth is automatically disconnected

1/ Please confirm whether the APP can run normally in the background of the mobile phone, Android mobile phones usually need to whitelist the App in the settings to prevent the system from automatically closing the App after the screen is off;

2/ Please confirm whether you have manually closed the App;

3/ Please reset the watch, uninstall and install the App again on the phone, reconnect the phone with the watch;

4/ Please use other mobile phones to connect to the watch.

Is there a month charge associated with the use of your watch?

There is no monthly fee for using our watch, including APP, and there is no other fee for using all functions, please rest assured. We believe you should be able to track your vital signs for free forever.
